Non-emergency second opinions

This website accepts requests for medical second opinions. It is not an emergency service and it does not replace an in-person examination or your treating clinician. For urgent symptoms or an emergency, contact local emergency services or seek immediate medical care. Do not delay care while waiting for a reply.

Review and availability

The administrator reviews requests and may assign an approved professional when the specialty, licensing requirements, and availability allow. Submitting a request does not guarantee a consultation, a particular professional, a response time, a diagnosis, or a clinical outcome. An opinion may be limited by the information provided.

Professional applications

Doctors, surgeons and general practitioners may submit an application. Applications require administrator approval before inclusion in the directory or access to assigned cases. Applicants must provide accurate credentials, maintain appropriate licensing, and act only within their qualifications and jurisdictional permissions. Approval for the network is not a license to practice in another country.

Free registration and charity participation

There is no registration fee and no card information is requested from applicants. New qualification-led applicants confirm their interest in volunteering free consultations during the initial six-month charity phase. The administrator must confirm phase dates and participation expectations before cases are assigned. This acknowledgement is not a guaranteed employment offer, an earnings guarantee, or authorization for automatic payments.

Free launch and future pricing

There is no consultation checkout or payment collection at launch. Pricing may be reviewed after the first six months. This review does not activate fees automatically or authorize charges. Any later paid service must disclose its price and require a separate choice before payment.

Paid consultations may be introduced after the charity phase. Prices, revenue-sharing, and doctor compensation require separate agreement and a configured payment system before paid work begins. Registration does not automatically convert into a paid contract or create a doctor payout.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and share only records you have permission to submit. Do not upload illegal material, malware, or information unrelated to the request. Follow your treating clinician’s advice and discuss any proposed changes with them. A second opinion is not a prescription or an instruction to change treatment on your own.

Operational readiness

The operator is responsible for establishing clinical governance, local licensing checks, informed consent, safeguarding, appropriate infrastructure agreements, privacy compliance, and records retention before offering real clinical services.
