Information you choose to share
Consultation requests include your name, contact email, country, age, symptoms, medical history, diagnosis, and questions. New professional applications require basic contact details, country, clinician type, specialty and qualification documents, together with consent and a voluntary-charity acknowledgement. Optional profile information and details supplied in earlier applications may remain on record. Account access uses Manus authentication. Only share information you are authorized to provide, and avoid unnecessary identifiers.
Who can see records
Your consultation is visible to you, the authenticated administrator, and the approved clinician assigned to your request. Your professional application and supporting records are visible to you and the administrator. After approval, your name, country, specialty, institution, experience, and biography may appear in the public directory. Contact emails, license numbers and supporting files are not included in that directory.
Attachments and storage
Medical attachments are encrypted by the application before transfer to project object storage. Downloading the original file requires an authenticated access check and server-side decryption. Decryption keys are held in the project database, not in public pages. Files are not automatically checked by an antivirus service. The platform has not been represented as HIPAA-certified or GDPR-certified.
Purpose and your consent
Submitted information is used to review your request, assess professional applications, coordinate an appropriate consultation, and display the status or a recorded opinion in your account. Submission requires your confirmation that you have permission to provide the information and agree to this handling. Information is not emailed as part of the standard submission workflow.
Retention and requests
Records remain in the project database and object storage until the operator applies its retention and deletion process. This website does not offer automatic physical deletion or a guaranteed retention period. Contact the administrator to ask about access, corrections, retention, or removal. The operator must establish a compliant retention policy and deletion process before real clinical use.
Cross-border use
Submission is open internationally, but data location, international transfers, patient consent, and professional licensing require assessment for each relevant jurisdiction. If you need those details before sharing health information, ask the administrator first.
